SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Charges
- Orders over £75 to most parts of mainland UK have free delivery.
- For Standard Shipping 3-5 working days the charges apply at £4.95.
- For Express Shipping 1-3 working days the charges apply at £6.95.
- For Shipping to Ireland 5-7 working days the charges apply at £7.95.
- For International Shipments up to 14 days the charges apply at £23.95.
- Special delivery charges will be quoted on request.
- Orders placed online over £75, to most parts of mainland UK qualify for free delivery.
Free standard delivery 3-5 day service over £75
Orders must be over £75 to qualify for free standard delivery, otherwise £4.95 is the standard delivery charge to most parts of mainland UK. Only valid on orders within mainland UK. Delivery charges to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. Free standard delivery does not apply to orders where an offer code has been used unless stated otherwise. If orders placed for express delivery, £6.95 are received, completed and payment has been taken before 12pm GMT between Monday and Thursday, we will aim to have the order shipped out the next working day.
Express Shipping
£6.95 is the charge for 1-3 working day delivery. If orders are received, fully completed and payment taken before 12pm GMT between Monday to Thursday, we aim to deliver them the next working day. Dispatch times can vary depending on stock availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays that can result from transport delays or force majeure, for which we will not be held responsible. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Next day delivery is available to most parts of mainland UK only and only applies to items that are in stock. It does not apply to items sent direct from supplier.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday Delivery is available to UK mainland customers only. For Saturday Delivery please contact customer services on 01282 930026, 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday or email to info@prostyling.co.uk who will be able to assist you with this. Orders must be placed before 12pm on Friday to qualify. Not available on orders placed after 12pm on Friday through to Monday. Excludes weekends and items sent direct from supplier.
Delivery Liabilities
The Seller's policy is to despatch goods to meet the timeframe stated for delivery. Times quoted are in good faith but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.
Pro Styling is not liable for delayed, missing or damaged parcels/contents if a delivery request has been specified to have the parcel left in a safe place.
In case the carrier informs that your order is returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect delivery addresses, it means that it will not be delivered, and you will receive a refund for the order less the postage cost and a 10% handling fee.
Please note, delivery addresses cannot be changed on an order by a customer once payment has been taken. If you wish to make amendments to your delivery once an order has been made, please speak to a member of our Customer Service Team.
Customs for Overseas Orders
When ordering goods from Pro Styling for delivery outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you; Pro Styling has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods from outside the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to comply with all the laws and regulations in the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If you refuse to pay the charges levied by customs and excise or the delivery is unsuccessful and the goods are returned to us then you will be liable for the return shipment fees and these will be deducted from any refund due and a 10% handling fee. As from 1st January 2021 there may be additional customs fees to pay for customers within the EU and Northern Ireland. These fees are levied by your local customs and must be paid directly to them in order for your goods to be released.
Please note unless stated otherwise, all electrical items are supplied, as standard, with a UK 3 pin plug.
