What time does your customer service team operate?

Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team on 01282 930026 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  Customer Service is closed on Saturday and Sunday and all bank holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment will be taken when all items in your shopping basket have been processed. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using; Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron or American Express cards.  We also have payment facilities through Klarna and Paypal.

When will my credit/debit card be charged?

Your credit/debit card will be charged for the amount of your order at the point of checkout.

What about VAT?

All prices shown include VAT. Our VAT number is 333335328.

How do I use a discount code?

Simply add items to your basket. Enter the discount code into the 'discount code' box displayed before you proceed to checkout.


Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up until the time it is being prepared for despatch by calling our Customer Service Team on 01282 930026, 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday.  If your order has already been despatched it will not be possible to cancel.  You can also email our Customer Service Team at info@prostyling.co.uk.

If I place an order, how long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

Our aim is to despatch goods within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to The Channel Islands, Offshore islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may take slightly longer to reach you.

Orders over £60 to most parts of mainland UK have free delivery. 

For Standard Shipping 3-5 working days the charges apply at £4.95.

For Express Shipping 1-3 working days the charges apply at £6.95.

For Shipping to Ireland 5-7 working days the charges apply at £7.95.

For International Shipments up to 14 days the charges apply at £23.95.

Please note that some of our items are sent directly from our suppliers, so are subject to a longer delivery time.

My order is due for delivery today what time will it be delivered?

Your order will be delivered between the hours of 7am and 6pm. The majority of deliveries will require a signature.  If you have provided a UK mobile number or email address during checkout and your order is being despatched via FedEx then you should get a notification in the morning of delivery advising of your hour delivery time slot.

What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier attempts to deliver it?

If you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. FedEx will attempt to deliver on 2 further occasions, before it is redirected back to ourselves.

I have received the wrong item in my parcel, what do I do?

Every so often mistakes do happen, but we will endeavour to sort them out as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please call our Customer Service Team on 01282 930026 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday to explain what you have received and you will be given a returns label.  As soon as we receive the item back we will despatch the correct item for you.

I need to return an item, how do I do this?

If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, please call our Customer Service Team on 01282 930026, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday or email us at info@prostyling.co.uk. The order number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and within 7 days of the returns reference being issued, unused, in perfect condition and sent back in it´s original packaging. How long will it take for my return to be processed?

If item’s are unsuitable the returns process can take between 7-10 days to complete and for a refund to be issued. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or a replacement can be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days. Carriage will not be refunded when items are returned as unwanted, unsuitable or ordered in error.

Do you sell spare parts for any items?

We do hold spare parts for some of our products. Through the years we have listened to our customers and have created a list of spares following our customer´s feedback of the type of parts that may break or go missing. Please call our Customer Service Team on 01282 930026, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday or email info@prostyling.co.uk to let us know what spare part you require and we will do our utmost to be able to help. Some spare parts maybe free and others will be charged.
