REFUND POLICY

We aim always to provide high-quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion, however, goods may need to be returned.

If you would like to return Goods to us for any of the reasons below, please contact us.

Your order number needs to be written on the paperwork you send back with the goods so that we can process your return efficiently. We recommend you use a form of recorded delivery and that goods are securely packaged and insured as Pro Styling cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged goods being returned.

If you’re unable to send goods back to us, you can request that we arrange a collection (at our discretion) however the cost of this may be deducted from any refund due. Collections usually cost £15+VAT but please note you may need to pay in advance.

Unwanted Goods

Returning web orders that are no longer required is accepted, goods must be returned to Pro Styling within seven days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason when unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The Purchaser is responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason. 

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns (subject to our discretion) of the following products:

  • Any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Hair Brushes & Combs
  • Electrical items
  • Hairdressing scissors

This list is not exhaustive; your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note: Pivot Point returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please note returns can take between 7-10 days to be processed and a refund issued.

Damaged, incorrectly delivered or missing goods

We take great care to ensure all the products you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect/damaged goods are received or goods listed on the delivery note are missing please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Pro Styling will investigate the issue and contact you with the next steps. Please note photos are required for damaged items.

Upon receipt of any returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.

Any goods that are not received within 7 days of order date for UK orders and 14 days for worldwide orders, unless they are a pre-order, please contact us. Missing goods must be reported within 10 days for the UK and 17 days for worldwide in order to be investigated.  Any missing items reported following this will not be available for refund.  We are unable to process refunds for items while they are still in transit. While we strive to meet the stated delivery timeframes, these times are provided in good faith and are not binding. We cannot accept responsibility for transport delays that may affect delivery.  Should you wish to return the item, once the item has been delivered and you have received it, please contact us to initiate the refund process.

If items are returned as unsuitable, the Buyer will only be entitled to a refund on the item purchased and not the original postage paid.

Carriage for any alternative items is to be paid for by The Buyer. The Seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit.  It is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained and it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned.  

Faulty Goods

If any Goods purchased have faults when delivered; the Purchaser should contact Pro Styling within 28 days to arrange return. Pro Styling is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the item will be passed to inspection.  

Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a replacement can be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days. Carriage will not be refunded when items are returned as unwanted, unsuitable or ordered in error.

If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, the Purchaser is entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.
